The Belt and Road Initiative is a policy proposed by China,which aims to promote China’s national economic construction.At the same time,it also promotes ties between different countries in the context of economic globalization.China and Mongolia have always had close trade exchanges due to their geographic advantages and factor endowments.With The Belt and Road Initiative and China-Mongolia-Russia Economic Corridor,the economic and trade relations between China and Mongolia have been continuously strengthened,and higher requirements have been placed on port customs clearance and logistics efficiency.The development of traditional ports has been difficult to meet the requirements of economic globalization.In 2020,the COVID-19 epidemic has shown the shortcomings of the traditional supply chain.In this context,it is necessary to apply new technologies based on cloud computing,big data,and Internet of Things.This article mainly uses case analysis methods to study the success factors and practical experience in the process of intelligent transformation of China’ s Shenzhen port,and proposes recommendations for the digital transformation of China-Mongolia border ports.
