On 16 October 2018, Wu Lianping, Vice President of Hangzhou Municipal People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, held talks with a group of 2 led by HONG JINWOO, Senior Consultant of the Tech Valley Program in Guri, South Korea. The two sides exchanged ideas in terms of strengthening cooperation under the framework of the BRLC. The guests also visited Yuhang District with the assistance of the Foreign Affairs and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Hangzhou Municipal People's Government.
