On November 29, Du Shigen, Deputy Director of Foreign Affairs Office of Hangzhou Municipal People's Government, met with a party of 18 led by Felipe Antonio B. Remollo, Mayor of Dumaguete, Philippines, and Anamel C. Olegario, Mayor of Ipil, Philippines. At the meeting, the two sides exchanged ideas over cooperation under the framework of the BRLC and the City of Dumaguete, Philippines officially submitted the application for BRLC membership. The BRLC Secretariat assisted in arranging guests'visit to Hangzhou Xiaoshan District Administrative Service Center, Hangzhou Urban Planning Exhibition Center and other places.
