On June 9-10, the UCLG ASPAC Executive Bureau Meeting 2022 was taking place via online and offline in Xi'an. More than 120 representatives from CPAFFC, UCLG ASPAC and member cities attended the online meeting.
The representatives from Hangzhou attended the whole meeting via video link, reported the annual work of BRLC at the business meeting on the afternoon of June 10, and highlighted "Low-carbon Growth Story" meeting hosted the day before, shedding lights on Hangzhou's green development strength, such as "New City of Hangzhou Steel", "Red Public Rental Bicyclet" and "Qiandao Lake Special Ecological Function Zone", etc.
The Executive Meeting also set up exhibition of fine literary and artistic works and cloud show of folk arts as intangible cultural heritage. A Butterfly in Love with Hangzhou introduced by Hangzhou City left a deep impression on the audiences present and online.
The UCLG ASPAC Executive Bureau Meeting is an important meeting to discuss organizational structure, membership access, and annual emphases amongst others. Hangzhou is a member of the current UCLG ASPAC Executive Bureau and a member of the Council.
