In mid-September 2018, the Secretariat of BRLC attended the 7th UCLG ASPAC Congress in Surabaya, Indonesia and hosted the 2018 Annual Meeting as well as Hangzhou Thematic Exhibition. Several Hangzhou-based enterprises, including Alibaba Group and Hikvision, made promotional presentations during the meeting.
