In May 2018, the BRLC and Alibaba Group jointly hosted the First E-commerce Training Workshop, with nearly 40 government officials in charge of E-commerce and representatives from E-Commerce enterprises from 15 countries as trainees. The workshop helped trainees to learn Hangzhou's experience and provided cooperation opportunities.
