The Second BRLC E-commerce Training Workshop was successfully held in Hangzhou from 29 October 2019 to 31 October 2019. Hosted by the BRLC Secretariat and the UCLG ASPAC Secretariat and organized by Alibaba Business School, the workshop was mainly designed for BRLC members and potential members, government officials of e-commerce and representative of e-commerce enterprises. 40 trainees from 7 members in Finland, Italy, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Nepal and India, and 6 domestic members in Xi'an, Zhengzhou, Xiamen, Jilin, Siping and Yiwu participated in the workshop. Deputy Mayor Chen Weiqiang, and Wang Jin, Director of Foreign Affairs Office of Hangzhou Municipal People's Government and Secretary General of the BRLC, also attended some sessions of the workshop.
