In September 2018, the Secretariat of BRLC attended the UCLG ASPAC Congress in Surabaya, Indonesia, and hosted the 2018 Annual Meeting at which Alibaba Group, Hikvision, Hexing Electrical, Goldcard Smart Group and Zhefu Holding Group made promotional presentations with invitation. During the period, the BRLC also organized a display of Hangzhou City there.
